Have you ever had goals set for a certain time? Like wanting to get fit in time for summer, or wanting to lose some extra weight for a wedding. Finally the day comes, then what? Are you done? Do you move on to the next goal and forget about it? Realistically goals should be something that we feel inner inspiration for, and are things that motivate you for the right reasons. Do you feel like you’ve been making all the right choices in life, but you’re still unhappy? Chances are you’re making compromises and not choosing for yourself. How we say things can have a huge impact that can either make or break us. Fear is one of our biggest obstacles. It’s often times the thing that holds us back, especially as creatives. It’s easy to take the safe road in life, but when we go down that path we never get to challenge ourselves. Progress is about pushing our own boundaries.
