    With so much on our minds during the Covid-19 pandemic, getting a good night's rest can be tough. Kelly Ford spoke with neuroscience sleep expert Dr. Patrick Porter to get some tips to help us get better rest.  Patrick says our brain loves patterns. Our habits are out of wack during quarantine and it has disrupted our sleep. He says try to wake up and go to bed at the same time every night, even on the weekend. Dr. Porter also recommends taking some deep breaths before bed as a way to relax and release stress. He has a program called BrainTap which has great tools to help improve your sleep.
