(NEW) President Donald Trump has announced that he will nominate Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, to fill the vacant seat left by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died last week at the age of 87.  The late Supreme Court Justice became the first woman, and first Jewish person, to lie in state at the U.S Capitol.
