Wandering Into Wellness

If you pay close attention to the evolution of our culture, you will see repeating patterns, how society at every moment believes itself to be at the pinnacle of advanced technology, and how past ideas hold less intelligence and insight than the current paradigm. Currently we're experiencing a time of questioning of many of society's choices and we would like to bring this podcast to you as an example of how we might better access wisdom and direction for future developments.   As Fiona McLoone walks us through her pHd that explored the documentation of Irish herbal medicine through surveying national school children in conversation with their grandparents, we realised how precious this type of endeavour is.  The archive which our nation holds of our historic folkloric herbal medicine traditions is a global one off.  As such we have a window here to retrieve our legacy as a nation of healers that is unique to Irish culture.  One which, as we discuss, can be a pathway to the future.  Listening to our ancestors
