 AIA Contract Documents for Custom Residential Architects Leonard Kady is a principal of Leonard Kady Architecture + Design in New York. Their work includes residential, commercial and retail projects in New York, Connecticut, nationally and abroad in: London, Paris and Prague. Their Architecture addresses the challenges of both modern design and historical context. Leonard earned his M. Arch. from the Graduate School of Design, Harvard and a B. Arch University of Toronto. He is actively involved with AIA national, in educational and organizational activities. Leonard currently serves as Chair of the Residential Contract Documents Task Group (2019-present) which just published AIA A-110 and B-110 Custom Residential Documents. Leonard as a member of the Interiors Documents task group helped to create and published the new suite of Interiors Documents. Michael J.
