Iain Grae is a serial entrepreneur who started his first small business in his teens and continued to build his highly profitable portfolio. His first major success came in his mid-twenties when he founded Innovation Ads, Inc. – a New York based advertising agency which he grew from zero to over 150 employees in just three short years. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, he graduated with a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College in New York and a Bachelors in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. While still in college, he worked at renowned organizations where he was one of the top sales associates exceeding targets and setting new benchmarks for achievement.
