#107 |Trusting Intuition in Times of Uncertainty In times of uncertainty, the mind wants to hold onto what is known; it wants to re-create from a space of the familiar and move in that direction. The challenge is when we move through energetic shifts in life, what was known actually holds no vibrational resonance to the ever-evolving NOW moment in this present, and there is no way (at this point for the Human physically) back to the past. The mind finds itself stuck in the middle, unable to move forward into the unknown yet unable to move back into the known as this is completed as an experience. The uncomfortable path between these two directions for this Human is found in tools of surrendering control/releasing expectations & attachments. To let go, clear all that the ego knows, and form a new thought form of what could be, allowing what is aligned to make itself known in the micro-steps and trusting in the path as it reveals step by step.
