Desmond Clark, a two-time All-ACC wideout for the Deacs and 12-year NFL veteran, is this week’s guest on the Deac2Deac Podcast. Clark joins host and former teammate Kevin Smith to chat about playing in the Super Bowl and Clark’s favorite off the field memories at Wake Forest. --------------------- A 2015 inductee into the Wake Forest Athletics Hall of Fame, Clark was a four-year letterman for Wake Forest on the gridiron from 1995-1998, graduating with the school record for career receptions with 216 (he has since been surpassed by Michael Campanaro). He ranks in the top ten in numerous Wake Forest receiving records, including career receiving yards (2nd, 2,864), career receiving touchdowns (6th, 20) and receptions in a game (T-8th, 13), among many others. He was named second team All-ACC in 1996 and 1998, years in which he was also named team MVP, and graduated with the ACC record for career receptions.
