Are our beliefs true?...or like in the Matrix, are we plugged into a program? Has the program influenced my relationships, my career, my finances, the decisions I make...EVERYTHING?!!? The answer is YES! I just got punched in the face with my own journey to authenticity as I question everything I've known to be true. In this weeks episode I share insights, thoughts and feelings that have opened up since doing Holotropic Breathwork a few weeks ago. Confusion/clarity, awareness/ignorance, certainty/uncertainty....I am experiencing all the dualities at once. The foundation of who I am has been shaken...but this is the burden to bear for the sake of my higher self.
