Sometimes people think the rules don’t apply to them, so they do whatever they want to do. It is said they think they are “above the law.” As a Christian we acknowledge a higher authority than the law of our land — God. This means we go above and beyond the laws of the land because of our faith in Christ. ‘Living above the law’ as a Christian means we observe and honor the laws of our land, and we strive to be exemplary in all our behavior.
