That might be Melissa's fancy title today, but in their former lives, Melissa was just Terra’s boss. Terra was a new manager and an emotionally charged new mom who was working out how to balance the stress of work and home and marriage and self-care and Melissa was exactly the person she needed at the exact right time to gain confidence in herself as a manager and as a human.
