Originally from Lithuania, Julius has started his startup career while studying for English law degree. As the first employee in two early-stage startups, Julius had helped to expand an Australian B2B testimonial software into the EU market before moving to Silicon Valley in 2014. Here in San Francisco, Julius joined a AI-powered marketing personalization platform Boomtrain as an SDR, got promoted to lead the Growth team and helped drive company’s 25% quarter over quarter growth. After tackling the Growth team, Julius moved on to the Marketing team to build a marketing infrastructure, execute demand generation campaigns and report on performance, resulting in 30% quarter over quarter pipeline growth.
