The short and sweet of it: During the month of April, we are talking about why women rock! Women often forget that so much of what they do on a daily basis is extraordinary! We think it’s just our job or part of our duties and rarely do we acknowledge how amazing we are. Often, we fall into the comparison trap and actually criticize our own inadequacy. Today we are talking about how women are amazing because they are fearless. Being fearless doesn’t mean that you aren’t afraid. Being fearless means that you feel fear and yet march forward in the face of fear. Women walk through the fear to get to the other side and they do it day after day so they can show up for everyone in their lives. The ripple effect this creates is utterly incalculable.  Fear is not a closed door. It’s not the end for women. We see it. We feel it and yet we march forward anyway.
