Spools of ribbon, stacks of papers, bottles of paints, beads, buttons…. yes, they are all sorted, grouped & stored by color in my studio. When I get all out of sorts, stressed out, or in a creative rut, spending time re-sorting my colors relieves stress. Weird, I know, but it works. Whether it was using Crayola Crayons to add color to the walls of our home as a toddler or now as an adult using paint and brushes to paint art that will hang on the walls of another person's home, creating, drawing and crafting have been a part of my life in varying degrees throughout my entire journey. And to think, I get paid to paint my heart's desire. Wow! What a blessing! I could not do this without the help and support of my husband, Terry.
