ZOMBIES! The Walking Dead! Army Of Darkness! Shaun Of The Dead! The “ZombieSquad” joins “Matters Of The Mind” this Wed at 8p ET! There have been movies about zombies for decades, but in recent years the appreciation for the ‘undead’ has reached mass saturation, leading to the incredible success of TV shows like “The Walking Dead” and movies such as “Army Of Darkness”, “Shaun Of The Dead” and perhaps the originator of the modern genre, “Night Of The Living Dead”. We examine this phenomenon on this week’s “Matters Of The Mind” with Dr. Peter Sacco, and have as our guest Aleks Rakocevic, President of the Southern Ontario chapter of Zombie Squad, a company whose mission is to educate the public about the importance of personal preparedness and self reliance, and to increase its readiness to respond to a number of disasters such as Earthquakes, Floods or Zombie Outbreaks.
