P&R works in 16 countries in East Africa, West Africa, and Southeast Asia to support multisectoral collaboration through National One Health Platforms. P&R facilitates countries in developing and maintaining National Preparedness and Response Plans to respond to public health events at the regional, national, and subnational levels.
