A little about our guests. Laurent and Virginia have been together over 4 years and married for 2. They have a daughter, Sophia. Laurent decided at a very young age that fitness was going to be his life. As a child he became sick and could not move. He was hospitalized and when he forced himself to move, he felt tremendous joy. Virginia was born in Argentina and came to the US as an exchange student. After her experience, she returned, then went to Europe to travel and learn hospitality management. When she moved to Washington, DC. She met Laurent at one of his fitness classes. She went to the front of the room. Both were in other relationships, but they became friends, then started dating. A little about their business. Laurent started the company before meeting Virginia. Virginia started helping Laurent out as a friend by designing his website and doing other projects.
