126. Enbridge Line 5 Pipeline, FERC Tolling Orders, and the Impact of Hydraulic Fracturing

This week's episode covers three pipeline developments; a Temporary Restraining Order issued by the Michigan Circuit Court, halting operations of both East and West lines of the Enbridge Line 5 Pipeline; a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that FERC could not use tolling orders to eliminate judicial review of pipeline certificate decisions; and the release of a Grand Jury report on the impacts of hydraulic fracturing in Pennsylvania.
