Amy Jo Goddard – Sexual Empowerment and Creativity  In this episode, Sophia Wise One and Amy Jo Goddard discuss, openly and with love, vulnerability, empowerment, and sex. They invite us to also join in the discussion about sex, especially with our partners. Sex is an intensely vulnerable and personal thing. We are all afraid that we are not “normal” and that we will be rejected because of it. Rejection, however, is a normal part of life, and it’s not because there’s something that is not okay or likeable or loveable about you. We are also often bogged down by the idea that we “should know” everything about sex because we are adults, but nobody does. There is always more to learn and contribute, particularly with sexuality. It is only recently being delved into and explored by the world and we are part of that conversation now.
