Mid-cities Church Sermon Podcast

This week we continue our study of God’s presence through the life of David. David is described as a “a man after God’s own heart” (1 Sam.13:14). He definitely wasn’t perfect but somewhere he captured the heart of God and incorporated much of God’s heart into his own. Because of his heart, David was the man through whose lineage the Messiah was promised. Grasping the true heart of God comes from spending time in His presence - having personal encounters with Him. Today we want to look at moments in David’s life that may provide insights into how we may personally experience more of God’s presence.
