Prayer is essential for our personal spiritual health and growth. This May, the elders and leaders of Mid-Cities have called our church to enter into a focused season of prayer and fasting. We feel strongly that this is a time for our church to be vigilant and strategic in asking God to move in our families, church, and community. How You Can Be Part Of The Initiative 1. Take The 3:31 Challenge Pray three times a day all 31 days in May. We are asking that everyone take a few minutes to pause and pray at 7am, Noon, and 7pm. We will be sending prayer points via email weekly. You can also find prayer points on the Mid-Cities Mobile App and our website. Tip: You may want to consider setting an alarm on your phone for those times so you don't forget. 2. Commit To Fast Fast one day a week. We are asking everyone to commit to fast every Wednesday during May. This is a call to fast food in some way (i.e. water only, juice only, skip a meal, etc.).
