As the owner and founder of Humanity in HR, LLC she has worked with several companies to develop new ideas from inception to completion. Companies appreciate her attention to detail, knowledge, and creative method of problem-solving. Prior to starting Humanity in HR, LLC, Alicia held leadership roles at several organizations. She has over 15 years of experience in the workforce, management, and human resources management. Her time as a family services coordinator helped to fuel her passion to help the community. She combined these skills to create a company that offers a broad array of human resources services that keep in mind the perspective of the employee. Alicia most enjoys engaging with employers who enlist her company’s expertise to put a policy into practice in ways that improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
