Faith and Val are back in the studio for the first live program of 2021! We kick off the program with a couple of news items including; Victoria Walks release of their position paper on Safe Urban Speed Limits. Often it is very difficult for local councils to change speed limits and Victoria Walks think it should be easier forcouncils to implement lower speed limts near schools, activity centres and residential areas. We tend to agree! - Infrastructure Victoria have realeased their research paper (does everyone spend the summer holidays writing papers?) on policy options to get Melbourne moving post-2020, called Transporting Melbourne.
