Heart Filled Holidays

This week I'm kicking off with a time-saving way for busy moms to stay fit and feel better. I'll follow that up with a warning about your holiday treats and one of my Simple Strategies. Then we'll chat with Laura Schroff, author of the New York Times best-selling book An Invisible Thread. We'll learn about her story of meeting an 11-year-old panhandler and how they changed each other's lives forever. We'll find out how it led to her current work in spreading the message about kindness as well as her new release of An Invisible Thread Christmas Story for children. Lastly, in Christmas Corner, Sandy will share some non-holiday tasks you can do now that have nothing to do with Christmas but will de-stress your season.
