Staff and students at the University of Canterbury are angry at sky rocketing parking fees.In 2016 students paid $304 a year. Next year they will pay $475 and they aren't even guaranteed a park.But Vice Chancellor Rod Carr told Chris Lynch it's not the job of the university to subsidise parking.
