I never thought I would meet a fellow yogi, organic gardener, millennial who also biked across the United States...but I did! As a recent graduate from NYU with a degree in both dance and animals studies, Naomi wanted to take an adventure that would allow her to inspire people while also learning about the world, people and how to make a difference towards healing our planet. Naomi built a small team of fellow vegan friends to cycle coast to coast across the US as low-waste vegans. They documented their journey day by day on their blog 'TrashFreeWay' where you can find pictures and journal entries of their entire journey from start to finish. Naomi is a passionate vegan activist who is currently living in Berkeley California and working on a local farm called Urban Adamah which provides free fresh food to those in need around the Berkeley community.
