Spirituality cannot be defined, explained, fully understood or practiced in the same way from one person to another. As a spirituality sceptic growing up, I have learned to embrace the spiritual lifestyle which has expanded my consciousness and my ability to see everyone, including myself, as a piece of a much larger and unified puzzle. In this episode I walk you through a 10 minute meditation practice, explain my evolution as a religious and spiritual being, read some of my favorite Hindu and Buddhist texts, share how I practice spirituality on a daily basis, and discuss my opinion on the use of plant medicines in ones spiritual evolution.
