Do you know what it really means to commit to a process?We all seem to know the general concept of committing to a process and providing unconditional trust in a system, but most of us don't know how to actually do that. If you're one of those people, you definitely aren't alone. It's also not entirely your fault - it's a flaw in the human brain. When we don't see results quickly (in anything, not just fitness), we make an assumption that the system is broken OR we aren't following the system correctly.
