In this episode, we dive into picking the right type of goal. We also spend some time talking about making sure you're 100% a believer in that goal, and you are all in.No workout style is ever going to be truly successful if it doesn't get you the results you want, and if you don't know what those results are (because you didn't set a goal), then just blindly working out with no intention is going to lead you no where.Don't get it twisted - exercise is always good. However, people always have a goal in mind, whether they know what it is or not. Exercising without purpose has a very low probability of actually getting desired results, and therefore it's definitely worth while spending the time to really figure out that goal.I truly do believe that MOST people could achieve the body they want and feel amazing about themselves if they followed this simple strategy
