If being in the public eye came with a job description like traditional job roles, there is no way it could be listed without including that you have to deal with haters, online trolls, bullies, and the like.  It seems that no matter what you do, there is always someone with something shit to say - or as they sometimes believe to be true - some constructive criticism to share! Yawn!  The thing is, they will always be there, so the best thing you can do is to learn how to handle them in a more empowering way that contributes to your mental wellbeing, instead of 'getting got' by them. And, in this episode, that's what I share with you.  Haters are always gonna hate.
