Hustle. Hustle hard. Hard work pays off. Blah. Blah.  I'm sure you've heard it all too many times in the fast paced world of entertainment....But, let me ask you a question. If hustle & hard work etc are all it takes to be 'successful', then why are there so many stories of burn out, breakdown & the like in showbiz?  I believe that hustle is dead and it's time to align.
