Repeat after me: Deciding that small business is not for you doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you had the courage to try. It means you’re open to learning something. And it means you’re wise enough to recognise when it’s time to move onto the next thing.   BUT that’s not to say we quit when things are hard. Business IS hard. And if you’re passionate about what you’re doing, you’ll embrace the suck.  But if you don’t love it, if it doesn’t inspire you, it’s okay to change direction.   Get help if you need to.
