An increasing amount of teenagers are struggling with their mental health. In this day and age our young people are under more stress, and the inability to cope with that stress leads to mental health struggles.There are a number of triggers for teenage stress, including school pressures, social media and relationships. As parents, it is important that we help our teenagers establish a good sense of wellbeing, and learn how to take care of their mental health.
