52 | Resetting Severe Insomnia

There is mild insomnia, severe insomnia, acute insomnia, chronic insomnia and a few other category labels. Sometimes the best way to manage insomnia is to hit it hard and aggressively in order to reset it.  I'll discuss one way to manage acute onset and severe insomnia. It has worked well for some of my patients.
