An emergency situation is unfolding, following a terrorist attack in Barcelona this morning (AEST). A van has ploughed into crowds in a busy tourist strip, at this stage its believed 13 people have died and at least 50 are injured, many of those critically. Local media are saying one suspect has been arrested, and there are unconfirmed reports a second has been shot dead. It's believed Islamic State have claimed responsibility.
