Elaine Philippi is the executive director of In4All. In4All is an Oregon non-profit which aims to mobilize support communities, training industry professional and other leaders to implement standards-based activities in classrooms across the state, ultimately connecting with students that are historically underserved. Elaine's own story is as significant as the work she does for her organization.
