World Walkers

Once, there was a story about a group of world hopping adventurers trying to save both the waking and the dreaming world by finding the shards of a broken island. Now, the isle of dreams is seemingly safe. With their journey complete, they’ve walked to other worlds to explore their own paths. Now, we follow a new group. A collection of adventurers scattered across both kingdoms and worlds that will somehow be brought together. Who will these new heroes be? What worlds are these adventurers from?
