This week we have the honor of having the amazing and powerful peace and justice activist and organizer, Aly Wane talking all about the current anti-immigrant crisis we are facing. Aly talks about how the media coverage of the crisis has been anti-Black, the impacts of detention on kids (and all people), what resistance looks like and how to sustain ourselves in this work and why we ALL need to be doing SOMETHING to resist the escalation of violence by Trump's administration. This week J also talks about if we need civility over justice (spoiler alert: fuck civility, we need justice!). And Eb is away this week celebrating her baby boy's graduation.
