With the negotiating window opening on Monday, I put together all my thoughts on the Mike Evans situation as far as what direction this appears to be going in based on what is being said and what was happening at the combine   Bucs are reportedly going "all-in" on edge rusher - but what does that actually mean?   Mock draft with a trade!
