Lauren specialises in coverage of child safety, gender and family violence and is a three-time winner of the South Australian Press Club’s journalist of the year award. She lives on Kaurna (Gar-nah) land, in Adelaide, with her partner and their two lively kids, born less than two years apart during a global pandemic.
