Looking at the headlines today, The creditors of Air Berlin decided to go ahead with a lawsuit against Etihad Airways, which used to be the biggest shareholder of the now insolvent airline. Air Berlin’s administrator said he is engaged in assessing the claims that could potentially exceed €1 billion in damages. In manufacture news, Rolls-Royce has recognised a charge of £227 million ($315 million) in its full-year results relating to costs associated with addressing in-service technical issues on Boeing 787 and Airbus A380 engines. Airbus announced plan in 2020 to drop annual production of A380s to six and A400Ms to eight. In Airline news, Hawaiian Airlines announced the decision to buy ten Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners for a total of $2.82 billion, with an option for ten more. The Honolulu-based airline also announced cancelling its previous order of six Airbus
