The leper approached him in faith and Jesus was willing to heal and touch him. God wants good things for you. Then in the chapter a man seeks jesus for a healing for his servant and he also approaches Jesus with faith - such great faith that he knows that Jesus could just speak and the healing can happen. You need to approach Jesus in the same boldness and faith when you are seeking something from the Lord.
