Nerd Moments

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to speak at an event with a handful of major players in my industry, and I noticed something that, at the time, seemed kinda funny.   We all wanted to hire each other-- and a lot of us did just that!   It was such a different feel from what I used to experience back in my "playing small" days when everybody was trying to have success by getting what they needed as cheaply as they possibly could, or if at all possible, for free.   Now that I've started hanging out with these high-performing women, what I've found more common is quite the opposite-- they have no problem investing in themselves and in their businesses because they've already experienced the results of similar investments and feel confident that they'll get results.   Where does this confidence come from?   Watch the video to find out.   Want to work with me?
