    Living a life worth living is now a mission for photographer, community maven, entreprenuer and family man, Al Smith. Al is a Creative and Serial Entrepreneur based out of Victoria, BC, Canada. Al's creative and charismatic nature, mixed with his ability to motivate, encourage, and cultivate people, have made him an expert at building companies, early stage growth development, and building high performance teams. His first venture was an aerospace engineering firm launched in 1996 with his father and brother called Candence Engineering.
