This week we’re talking about how to inspire loyalty among your peers and subordinates, if you happen to have subordinates. Loyalty is generally a trait that is attached to people with titles that indicate they are “a leader.” If you been around just a little bit, you’ll know that is rare. In fact you can exercise true leadership no matter where you are on the organization chart so this week’s discussion applies equally to CEOs and the person who make sure the copy machine has paper. In our first episode, we addressed the importance of believing in your peers and subordinates, and learning to be an encourager.
