Liz Reitzig is founder of Real Food Consumer Coalition. She has spent years working on politics and policy around direct sales from small farmers to consumers. Her work on several national court cases, and proactive approach to policy has helped shape the national and state conversations about food and farming policies. It is vitally important to Liz that we stay engaged politically to preserve food freedom. A background in communications, combined with years of PR and marketing, adds valuable insights to the small farmers and food-based businesses she consults for.
