Life is made up of a series of choices. What happens when life slaps you upside the head?  How will you respond? The big choices are often related to the healing journey as more people are being diagnosed with one disease or another.  Do you take on a disease label?  Do you trust your medical doctor who doesn't know you? Do you trust your gut? Often you will have to reach "rock bottom" before you make the choice that takes you on a new path.... to change your perspective... to heal.  There is no right or wrong choice.
