Division I All-American and former Slippery Rock wrestling coach Jim Harshaw has done a litany of things in his personal and professional career in and around coaching and marketing. Working in the athletic fundraising world with his alma mater, the University of Virginia, Harshaw has to make connections all the time to promote athletics, not just wrestling. On Episode 40, Harshaw breaks down things he's learned with his podcast from people outside of wrestling and topics and tactics he learned while on the job as an assistant and a head coach that he's been able to mold and craft into strategies coaches should be implementing on their own.
