Allison Maslow, WVAL Board Member &  Gallery Director, & Mark Webber, Artist & Educator, speaking about the exhibition, "Mark Webber: Interior Process," opening October 18, 2024 at the Circle Centre for the Arts, 130 Rear S. Franklin Street in Wilkes-Barre, with a reception from 5:00 to 8:00. The show will run through December 6th.
