This week Rachael speaks to Leng Montgomery, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Cushman and Wakefield.Cushman and Wakefield is one of the largest real estate services firms in the world, grossing $8.2 billion in 2018 and employing over 51,000 workers across 70 countries. Their portfolio spans from developing the new Stratford Westfield shopping centre to ‘The Walkie Talkie’ (a.k.a. 20 Fenchurch Street).Leng is the Diversity and Inclusion lead for Cushman and Wakefield.
